Hi, I’m Juan. I’m an Iraqi War veteran and I’ve spent a major part of my career helping soldiers eat right and stay fit. If you answered yes to any of the questions above, Mostly Primal may be the perfect place for you. Whether you’ve heard of Primal eating or you’re just plain curious, this site will guide you in the right eating direction.

My Goal
The goal of my blog is to provide practical eating solutions to busy adults like you. Who has the time to count calories?…..Exactly! Not you! Mostly Primal eating incorporates the best of Primal foods and adds foods we know are healthy, even if they’re not considered “Primal”. Eating healthy can be a tough thing to do.
